PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia is a brake manufacturing company that produces vehicle spare parts, more precisely in the braking section. PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia requires a production management system application to increase production quality and quantity efficiency. For this problem, the IOT Real Time Stock and Interlock Stock Suitability Pad and Pressure Plate application was developed in the hope of helping and improving the quality and quantity of production at PT. Akebono Astra Indonesia brakes. An Interlock is a feature that makes the state of two mechanisms or functions mutually dependent. It may be sued to prevent undesired states in a finite-state machine, and may consist of any electrical, electronic, or mechanical devices or systems. In most applications, an interlock is used to help prevent a machine from harming its operator or damaging itself by preventing one element from changing state due to the state of another element, and vice versa. This application is intended for employees who carry out the process of taking PAD and Pressure Plate materials until they enter the Hot Press Disc machine. To monitor and record the process into the company database. We have conducted an assessment questionnaire survey of ten people who have used this application prototype and managed to get a score of 83.9% and we categorize it as very satisfactory.
