The lack of innovative practices in the work process of PT Silkargo Indoensia
Jakarta Branch led to decreased productivity in handling export and import
documentation. This caused fluctuations in the number of PEB notifications the
company received in 2023. It also influenced the number of days of goods
shipment delays, thereby delaying the subsequent work process. Managers have
made efforts by conducting briefings, monthly meetings, training programs, and
setting targets to increase their employees' innovative work. The purpose of this
study is to examine the influence of knowledge sharing, workplace happiness, and
self-efficacy on innovative work behaviour at PT Silkargo Indonesia Jakarta
Branch. Interviews, literature reviews, and questionnaires were conducted to 33
employees of the Jakarta branch of PT Silkargo Indonesia. This study proposes
multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that knowledge sharing,
workplace happiness, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence
on innovative work behaviour. The model's feasibility test validated its inclusion
in the study. The result suggests that the company should establish professional
development programs, enhance coordination, and build an efficient internal
communication system.
