This study investigates the impact of IT capability, entrepreneurial creativity, and knowledge management practices on the organizational performance of MSMEs in the creative industry in Semarang. The research employs a descriptive analysis of respondents, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient determination tests, F-tests, and t-tests to analyze the data collected from a sample of MSMEs in Semarang. The findings reveal a significant positive influence of IT capability, entrepreneurial creativity, and knowledge management practices on organizational performance. The results suggest that enhancing IT capabilities and fostering entrepreneurial creativity and knowledge management practices can substantially improve the performance of MSMEs in the creative industry. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the role of these variables in the context of MSMEs and offers practical insights for business practitioners and policymakers in Semarang.
