Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Web Subsistem Laporan Keuangan pada CV Gaharu Agung Sejahtera = Design And Development of a Web-Based Accounting Information System Financial Reporting Subsystem at CV Gaharu Agung Sejahtera
CV Gaharu Agung Sejahtera is a food and beverage company that operates Kejingga Café, Gaharu Resto by Kejingga, and handles business-to-business transactions. The company’s financial recording and reporting processes rely on conventional methods. This situation leads to data entry mistakes, inconsistencies in daily sales reconciliation, monitoring profit, loss, and cash flow in real time. To address these issues, a web-based Accounting Information System was developed, focusing on the financial reporting subsystem. This system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, Unified Modeling Language (UML) modelling, the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database. The research process includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black-box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Test results show that this system automates journal entries, general ledger postings, and the generation of accurate financial reports. The implementation of this system has been well-received by users and supports timely business decision-making.
