CV New Citra is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of milkfish-based food products. Purchasing and inventory records are still maintained manually, resulting in delayed information, recording errors, and inefficient inventory control. This research aims to design and develop a web-based accounting information system for the purchasing and inventory subsystem. The system was developed using the Prototype method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. It was built using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the Laravel framework, and the MySQL database. The resulting web-based accounting information system supports purchasing transactions, accounts payable, raw material, auxiliary material, finished goods, and consignment inventory management, and generates purchasing, accounts payable, and inventory reports in real time.
