CV New Citra is a milkfish processing company whose regular sales and consignment activities are currently managed using Microsoft Excel, while the Majoo application does not fully support the consignment business process. As a result, transaction recording and report preparation have not been integrated. This study aims to design and develop a web based Accounting Information System for the sales and consignment subsystem. The Prototype method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. System requirements were analyzed using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), system feasibility was evaluated using the TELOS framework, and the system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The application was developed using PHP with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database and was tested using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the system is capable of managing master data, transaction, and integrated reporting in accordance with the operational requirements of CV New Citra. Based on the Black Box Testing results, all major system functions operated according to the specified functional requirements. Therefore, the implementation of the system is expected to improve transaction management efficiency, minimize recording errors, and provide more accurate information for the company.
