CV Andika Mustika is a company engaged in the distribution of steel products. The company's financial transactions were previously managed manually using spreadsheets, resulting in recording errors, delays in financial reporting, and difficulties in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Accounting Information System for the financial subsystem to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial transaction management. The system was developed using the Prototype method, while data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The application was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database. The results show that the developed system successfully integrates financial transaction management and generates financial reports more accurately and efficiently. Furthermore, Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) confirmed that all system functions operated successfully and met user requirements. Therefore, the developed system improves the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial data management at CV Andika Mustika.
