This study aims to analyze the significant influence of Performance Expectancy,
Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral
Intention to Use of BYOND by BSI (a case study in Tegal City), both simultaneously and partially.
The population in this study was the Tegal City community. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling method, involving 100 respondents. The data used in the study were primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis model used a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. The data analysis technique used the F-statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t-statistical test, processed using SPSS 26.00.
The analysis and discussion show that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions simultaneously have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use in Tegal City. Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions for social media influencers partially have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use in Tegal City, while Effort Expectancy partially has a positive but insignificant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use in Tegal City.
