Analisis Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Corporate Government dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Pemerintah Desa Tamansari Kecamatan Tlogowungu Kabupaten Pati = Analysis of the Implementation of Good Corporate Government Principles in Village Fund Management in the Tamansari Village Government Tlogowungu District Pati Regency
Village funds that are distributed in large amounts need to be managed optimally to avoid misappropriation. The limited disclosure of information makes it difficult for the public to access this information. This study aims to analyze the implementation of good corporate governance principles in the management of village funds in the Tamansari Village Government. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of good corporate governance principles in the management of village funds in Tamansari Village has been running well, but the implementation of transparency principles has not run optimally. The lack of human resources leads to less than optimal transparency in the management of village funds in Tamansari Village.
