The intensifying competition in the logistics industry requires freight forwarding companies to sustainably retain their customers. This study examines the influence of price sensitivity and perceived value on repurchase intention, with word of mouth as an intervening variable at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras. This research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from 66 exporter and importer customers of PT Samudera Perdana Selaras in 2025. The data were analyzed by using path analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 26 to determine the relationships among variables. The results show that both price sensitivity and perceived value have a positive influence on word of mouth, where perceived value significantly influences repurchase intention directly, while the influence of price sensitivity on repurchase intention is fully mediated by word of mouth. The findings suggest that appropriate pricing strategies and enhanced customer perceived value can drive positive word of mouth and higher repurchase intention, providing valuable insight for PT Samudera
Perdana Selaras to improve its pricing strategy and services.
