Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Produksi Pada PT Maju Bersama Gemilang Kendal = The Effects of Workload and Job Training on Turnover Intention of Production Employees at PT Maju Bersama Gemilang Kendal
High employee turnover rates in manufacturing companies have the potential to disrupt operational continuity and workforce stability. This study aims to examine the partial effects of workload and job training on production employees' turnover intention at PT Maju Bersama Gemilang. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method administered to 150 production employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a six-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that workload has a positive and significant partial effect on turnover intention (t = 7.336; p = 0.000), while job training has a negative and significant partial effect on turnover intention (t = -6.933; p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.710 indicates that workload and job training together account for 70.6% of the variation in production employees' turnover intention at PT Maju Bersama Gemilang, while the remaining variation is explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings confirm that proportional workload management and improved job training effectiveness play a crucial role in reducing production employees' turnover intention.
