Pengaruh Kepatuhan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) Terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Pada Pekerja Konstruksi Pt Nindya Beton Batang = The Effect Of Compliance On The Use Of The Device Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) On Occupational Safety And Health In Construction Workers At Pt Nindya Beton Batang
This study is motivated by the continued occurrence of violations in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as work accidents and occupational diseases among construction workers at PT Nindya Beton Batang, indicating that compliance with PPE use as part of Occupational Safety and Health implementation still needs to be improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on occupational safety and health among construction workers at PT Nindya Beton Batang. PT Nindya Beton Batang is a company engaged in construction, working on the Design and Build project of the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate Apartment Buildings. The data used is obtained through census sampling with a sample of 100 construction workers representing the entire research population. The analysis methods included descriptive statistic analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t-test. This analysis method used the IBM SPSS version 25 application, resulting in the regression equation Y = 28.743 + 0.978x. This study shows that compliance with PPE use has a positive and significant effect on occupational safety and health among construction workers at PT Nindya Beton Batang. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value is 0.652 or 65.2%, meaning that 65.2% of occupational safety and health (Y) is influenced by the compliance with PPE use variable (X), while 34,8% is influenced by other variables not identified in this study.
