Preparation of the final project, will be discussed on the Setup file Archive employee at BPN RI Ponorogo District Land Office. Issues and objectives that will be taken in the writing of the final project on the management of archives, archival storage systems, equipment and supplies and a constraint factor in structuring employee managing the archive file.

In the method of this thesis using primary and secondary data sources, the type of data used is qualitative data, methods of collecting data using interviews, observation, library research methods, and document review. Analysis using descriptive qualitative method.

Employee managing the archive file system that runs on Ponorogo District Land Office is using alphabet system. Before tenjadinya archival storage trlebih formerly classified within their file names sequence of each employee. Equipment and supplies are in use in the District Land Office archives Ponorogo is rack (rack cabinets glass) and folder (folder). constraints in the archival process from manuscript creation, distribution, use, maintenance, storage and archival depreciation can not be implemented, not orderly, not according to the rules, procedures and methods are correct.
