Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Tabungan BTN Juara pada Kantor Cabang Semarang
The main objective of this research are to determine respondents perceptions of product quality, prices and promotions, how to interest a customer savings BTN Juara, how much influence product quality, prices and the promotion of the interest to customer savings BTN Juara and then factors dominant influence on a borrower savings BTN Juara.
The sampling technique used in this research is accidental and purposive sampling. The methods in collecting data are interviews, questionnaires and literatur studies. Samples in this study were 120 respondents prospective customer savings BTN Juara, The analysis technique use was numerical scale, cross tabulation methods, validity, reliability, normality, statistical analysis of average values, multiple linear regression analysis, f test (simultaneous), and t- test (partial).
Based on the analysis it is explained that be respondents perceptions on product quality, prices, and promotions tend to better. Interest to customers savings BTN Juara also tend to be high. Then the result of multiple linear regression is Y = -1,815+0,304X1+0,222X2+0,151X3+e, meaning that the quality of products, prices, and promotion affect the interest to customer savings BTN Juara. The most dominant variables influence on interest to customer savings BTN Juara is the variable quality of the product with the regression coefficient of 0, 304.
