Rancang bangun sistem Informasi Penjualan pada UD Enggal Jaya Semarang

UD Enggal Jaya is a company producing snacks with TOP’S as their trademark
on any items of their products and then it sells them to wholesalers or retailers.

In process of sales the accuracy of calculation is required to result sales information. UD Enggal Jaya has problems in recording their sales transaction that still use manual system. The purpose of this final project is to design a information system that processes sales data and minimizes human error by using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0.

There are five methods in this final project. They are planning, analysis, design, implementation and use. The information system consists of three tables, they are data barang, data pelanggan and data penjualan. Data barang are used to store products information, data pelanggan are used to store costumers information and data penjualan are used to processes sales data. The reports of the information system are purchase orders, bill of payment and sales recap.

In conclusion, the information system can help UD Enggal Jaya processing their sales data and result information of sales like sales report and bill of sales. It is can also reduce miscalculating cause of human error. The advantages of the system information is sales transaction can be done efficiently and do not require a lot of time. Besides the sales data are also stored properly.
