Office layoutis one of theimportant factors supporting the success of the process of achieving company goals. Maybe some people assume office layout is less important and gets less attention, but actually office layout isv ital enough in achieving company goals.
The purpose of this final project is to determine whether there is an impac tof changes in the concentration spatial working and performance of the employees, because there are always advantages and disadvantages of each office layout used in a company.
This final project uses descriptive method, which describes the fact that occur in the field, while the data collection methods are interviews, observation, and questionnaires in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative data. The data are processed using tabulation and presented in percentage
The office layout changes provide positive and negative impacts for people in it. The benefits impacts, are increasing oversight by managers and improving employees discipline. While the disadvantages are reducing privacy employees, emerging disruption by persons who passed by, and the cable network that have not been arranged neatly.
