Analisis pengaruh lokasi, fasilitas dan bangunan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Perumahan Pucang Gading

Perumnas is a State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum) where all of the shares are owned by the Government. Housing was established as a government solution to provide adequate housing for the middle to the bottom. Which one is Pucang Gading Housing.
The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of location, facilities, and building quality on customer satisfaction at Pucang Gading Housing.
The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using the formula Slovin. The sample was 70 respondents. Data collection methods were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies.
Show that the independent variables that influence the dependent variable is a location variable (0.203), the facility variable (0.236), the buildings quality variable (0.274).
F test showed that the simultaneous location, facilities and building quality significantly affect customer satisfaction.
The coefficient of determination is 0.573, it means that 57.3% of consumer satisfaction can be explained by the location, facilities, and building quality.
Meanwhile, another part of the 42.7% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
