Pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) karyawan bagian penerimaan BBM pada Pertamina (PERSERO) TBBM instalasi Pengapon Semarang

This study aims to determine how the implementation of safety health program for employees of fuel acceptance at BBM Departementand Personal Protective Equipment provided by PT Pertamina ( Persero ) Instalasi TBBM Pengapon Semarang.

Research methods of collecting the data used in this study was descriptive study using structured interview method. The population in this study is the work force who worked on the fuel recepcion. Total population in this study was as many as
10 peopleand only 5 persons who qualified as research samples taken by
purposive sampling technique. The results were analyzed descriptively.

The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and health program ( K3 ) were performed by workers at the reception is not while should be enhanted to execution. K3 program are fire fighting training conducted once every 6 months, safety talk every morning before work, meeting coordination, and gymnastics in the morning. Supplies Personal Protective Equipment available on PT Pertamina (Persero) are protective helmet, goggles, earmuffs, gloves, respirators, protective footwear, protective clothing.
