The existence of the secretariat is needed to support the success of an organization or institution. Secretariat was established to assist the manager tasks in completing all matters related to the efficient management tasks
The aim of this research is to know the activities and role of the secretariat in helping the manager to carry out the tasks at Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Blora.
The research was written with descriptive method by using primary data and secondary data obtained by interview, observation and literature review.
The result of the research are: Role of the Secretariat in assisting the task of manager Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Blora, which is in dealing with the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the manager, dealing with the telephone service includes telephone entry and exit for the manager, write message and share it with manager, welcoming guests that is recorded every guest taking care, asking the intention and purpose of guests and pass them on to the manager. as well as in preparing the meeting for the manager include: determine the time meetings, determine meeting agendas, create meetings invitations, prepare equipment and supplies, prepare and make minutes of the meeting.
