Analisis Hubungan Lokasi Halte (Shelter) Pelayanan dan Tarif Angkutan Dengan Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Transportasi Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Pada PT Trans Semarang

The purpose of the research was to analyze correlation between shelter location, service and transportation tariffs with decision to use Bus Rapid Transit Transport service and to find out the contingency correlation between shelter location, service and transportation tariffs with decision to use Bus Rapid Transit Transport service. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 user services of the Bus Rapid Transit which were chosen at random by using accidental sampling technique. The seven variables used were shelter locations, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and transportation tariffs. Data collected were analyzed using chi square and contingency
coefficient.
The Analysis showed that the variable of responsiveness had x² value of 248,634 and C value of 0,844 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,05. The variable of transportation tariffs had x² value of 203,379 and C value of 0,819 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,075. The variable of locations shelter had x² value of 162,831 and C value of 0,787 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,107. The variable of tangible had x² value of 144,958 and C value of 0,769 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,125. The variable of reliability had x² value of 135,541 and C value of 0,759 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,135. The variable of assurance had x² value of 129,711 and C value of 0,751 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,143. The variable of empathy had x² value of 127,664 and C value of 0,749 and the difference between C and Cmax was 0,145.
