Analisis Tingkat Pengaduan Pelanggan Terhadap Penggunaan Data Fotometer Pada PDAM Tirta Moedal Cabang Semarang Tengah Semarang
PDAM Tirta Moedal is one of the companies that provides service of clean water and to ensures to maintain it continuously. In addition, the company must provide the handling of customer’s complaints and provide clear and accurate information relating to the use of photometer data.
The purpose of this project report is to analyze the level of customer’s complaints before and after using the photometer data.
The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. Paired Sample T-Test is used to analyze the data.
The result of analysis showed that engineering and non engineering variables were significantly different. After using the photometer data, the average number of engineering and non engineering complaints were smaller than before using photometer data period.
