Pengaruh Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, dan Kesesuaian Individu-Pekerjaan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karywan Departemen Produksi PT Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia = The Influence of Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Physical Work Environment, and Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction Among Employess in the Production Departement of PT Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia
This study examines the effects of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Physical Work Environment (PWE), and Person-Job Fit (PJF) on Job Satisfaction among production employees at PT Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied, involving 54 respondents selected through incidental sampling. Data were obtained using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The analytical procedures included validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity, as well as simultaneous (F-test) and partial (t-test) significance tests. The findings confirm that the research instruments were valid and reliable and that the data fulfilled the required statistical assumptions. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 60.6%, indicating that OHS, PWE, and PJF collectively explained 60.6% of the variation in Job Satisfaction, while the remaining 39.4% was attributable to other factors beyond the research model. Hypothesis testing revealed that OHS (X1), PWE (X2), and PJF (X3) each had a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). The resulting regression model was JS = 1.087 + 0.248OHS + 0.269PWE + 0.267PJF.
Using deductive reasoning, this study contributes empirical evidence to Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory and extends its application to the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing sector.
