Corporate Public Relations of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk plays important roles through newsletter printing media in communication and publication sector in order to establish and maintain the information for all internal public company.
This study aims to determine the role of Public Relations in building good relationships with internal public through the media Magazine of PT Indofood as the Media Internal at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Semarang as the delivery of information and communication to employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Newsletter is one of the duties of a Public Relations in keeping relationships and disseminating information to the public about the activities of the company.
Based on the results of interviews with sources that are internal public of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk contributors and audience that is aimed to obtain the opinions and viewpoints of the role of Media Indofood as a means of communication and employee information, data showed that the Media Indofood is necessary, however it requires some improvement in the media content.
The writer concluded that the Corporate Public Relations of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, through its role in keeping good relationship with all employees using Media Indofood has served well as a transmitter of information and communication. Suggestions submitted that the magazine hasv clear deadline which then informs all
media contributor, and present information that has scientific value..
