Penerapan customer relationship management (crm) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas para agen pt. Suara Merdeka press Semarang di Semarang
CRM is an abigation and responsibility of a company toward the agencies to improve the agency’s loyality. PT. Suara Merdeka Press of Semarang is the one of oldest newspaper company which is founded at 11th February 1950 in Semarang. Nowadays, PT.Suara Merdeka has 66 agencies in Semarang, Kendal, Purwodadi, Demak, and Ungaran. The purpose of CRM is to keep the good relationship between a company and the agencies. Besides, CRM program can be a tool for improving the agency’s loyality so the newspaper sale will be improved. Methods used in collect data are observation, interview, literature review, and questionnaire. The activity uses three pillars, they are CRM activity through insight, service, and human source. This report is written in descriptive form. CRM application program which is done by PT. Suara Merdeka Press of Semarang through development, management, control, and service .CRM activities use perception, human source, service process, complaint handling process, and long relationship process.
